Who can become a partner?
LivePerson works with the following types of strategic partners:
- Application/ISV partners — Commercial software vendors that integrate with LivePerson and sell to mutual customers.
- Outsourcing Partners — Offer fulfillment capability for turnkey offerings and performance-based business models with customers.
- Value Added Resellers / Platform Providers — Resell LivePerson branded solutions through indirect channels, or as part of a larger ecommerce solution
- Digital Marketing Agencies — Develop strategic relationships with LivePerson to provide innovative guidance and customer acquisition solutions to clients.
Relationships can be structured as one or more of the following models:
- Reseller/Distribution — Partner acts as a reseller of LivePerson solutions through various channels as co-branded or white label, or as part of a turnkey sales or service channel.
- Referral — LivePerson and partner identify strategic opportunities to present a joint value proposition or to support one another in pursuing independent business.
- Turnkey Solutions (agent fulfillment or performance based) — Outsourcing partners team with LivePerson to deliver a complete online sales or service solution, or participate in performance-based client engagements.
