Product Trainer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ability to develop product specific training curriculum and training materials
  • Ability to develop sales based training curriculum and training materials
  • Work with our client to develop training materials specific to their products and services
  • Deliver training to our partners located across the globe
  • Mentor and train sales Agents
  • Conduct qualitative analysis of interactions and develop training materials to improve results
  • Complete Q/A form on Agents and provide feedback
  • Real time Agent monitoring and provide real time feedback to improve interactions
  • Work with program management to identify training opportunities and create training materials to address opportunities

Job Requirements:

  • B.A. or B.S. required
  • At least 3-5 years training development and delivery experience with a strong focus on sales training; preferably in contact center management environment and focused on campaigns with direct or online marketing clients
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce sales and marketing principles
  • Quality experience preferred
  • Strong communication and analytical skills
  • Excellent M.S. Excel, PowerPoint and Word skills
  • Multi-Lingual (English, Spanish, French) a plus
  • Travel 40-50%, domestic and international destinations including quarterly visits to India/Philippines/Canada or other international destinations as required
