EMEA Sales Account Executive

Job Overview:

We currently have an opening for a Sales Account Executive to target Fortune 500 equivalent accounts in the telecommunications, finance, retail, travel and technology verticals. In this position you will be responsible for positioning our Enterprise product suite consisting of voice, service and sales chat solutions. Various telephony based lead generation activities, ranging from very targeted initiatives to general cold acquisition, are required as well as supporting partner activities and targeting competitive accounts within the UK and Continental Europe. You will take on additional activities supporting industry campaigns, events and targeted account lead generation activities in conjunction with our marketing team.

Job Responsibilites:

  • Meet quarterly and annual quota objectives
  • Penetrate assigned target accounts
  • Manage and grow assigned key customers

Job Requirements:

  • 10+ years sales experience
  • 5+ years selling complex enterprise software solutions
  • EMEA exposure/experience a plus
  • Consistent track record of success and achievement
  • Proven ability to close new business
  • Experience in CRM/Call Centre or similar industries such as: Siebel, Kana, eGain, Oracle, Sapient, Broadvision, epiphany, etc
  • Demonstrated performance in a non-IT sale
  • Ability to prepare, deliver and sell Return on Investment focused solutions
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent MS Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Languages desired (beyond English and German): Italian or French

Compensation:

Salary is commensurate with experience and market; we offer a competitive compensation package, including base salary, bonus eligibility, stock options, car allowance, private medical/dental, critical illness, group pension and insurance.
