SMB Success Manager - Mid Market

General Skills Required:

Serve as the success manager on multi-discipline LivePerson and client teams to deploy LivePerson solutions across mid market clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pre Sales Support / Support Mid Market Sales Account Executive in pre sales project/program design and scoping development
  • Project Management / Develop and drive the complete projects efficiently and with high Quality of Service; assess and analyze results focused on optimizing success KPIs
  • Technical Deployment / Tactically deploy LP solution to Mid Market clients and become a subject matter expert on the mid-sized market offering
  • Manage Assigned Accounts / Manage the client lifecycle from optimization of a new deployment to also manage the day to day running of a mid-sized account. This also encompasses nurturing account growth through operational excellence.
  • Program-Product Enrichment / Support the development of case studies and new professional service offerings
  • Capture and share customer feedback on product enhancements and service offerings.

Education Required:

Bachelors Degree

Experience/Skills Required:

  • Experience deploying software solutions to client organizations
  • Proven track record of managing projects and delivering results
  • Client management and communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Experience with web page design and ecommerce platform utilization
  • Strong HTML and JavaScript skills. Flash or Object Oriented programming experience a plus
  • 1-2 years experience supporting software deployments
  • Strong QA skills
  • BA/BS required
  • Significant experience working as part of a team
  • Management consulting experience a plus
  • Travel can be up to 30-40% of the time – on average 20%
