As the Solutions Marketing Manager at LivePerson based in either New York or San Francisco (we're flexible, relocation may be an option), you will have a unique opportunity to develop go-to-market strategies that take our acclaimed hosted platform to the next level for our small business and mid-market groups. What would you own?

  • Your primary mission will be leading go-to-market planning and execution, with an emphasis on sales team enablement and solution definition, for our small business and mid-market groups.
  • Your first initiative will be to assess the effectiveness of LivePerson's current marketing campaigns and go-to-market activity, then articulate and plan marketing strategy. Leverage your prior experience with campaign definition and execute detail-oriented marketing initiatives, selecting the right mix of messaging and channel.
  • Define and implement programs that demonstrate market leadership and strengthen our competitive position.

How would you help others?

  • Strong communication and leadership skills will allow you to be successful in partnering with sales on lead generation campaigns, as well as working with your colleagues in marketing to drive execution.
  • Support Marketing Managers with creation of and participation in webinar and other event presentations, and develop other product content to support demand generation campaigns
  • Serve as segment and product spokesperson to fellow employees, at industry events and to press and analyst community

What you need to bring?

  • 5-7 years of product marketing experience with software products
  • Prior experience in the online acquisition of customers, specifically leveraging an online platform or solution that's distributed through multiple channels
  • Strong solution marketing or product marketing base, regardless of industry
  • Ability to own content creation for all marketing collateral and segment competitive analysis
