Job Requirements:

Be part of “System & Storage” team in a very rich, critical, intensive and dynamic technology environment. As a Storage & Backup expert, you will be a key player in planning, designing, implementing and supporting the infrastructure of LivePerson's production storage & backup systems. You will be a part of the company's production infrastructure team. Work environment is intensive and demands working in irregular hours including on-call shifts.

Experience/Skills Required:

  • 5+ years of work experience in Storage/Backup systems management
  • Knowledge in scripting in Unix environment and understanding scheduling of automatic processes
  • Advanced knowledge and work experience with NetApp filers, HDS SAN arrays
  • Deep knowledge and work experience with backup software in large environments
  • Experience in troubleshooting system and performance problems on Unix/Linux servers in SAN environments.
  • Deep understanding and experience of working in production environments.
  • Experience and knowledge in windows OS - an advantage.
  • High level of spoken/written English is required
  • Team Player. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
