Job Overview:

Leading a team of 8-9 QA Engineers . Responsible for software testing activities and testing operations Responsible for maintaining a system to assure that all products created in the our development group meet customer specifications and achieve superior quality and reliability levels. Responsible for software testing activities and testing operations. Defines operational objectives. Formulating test methodologies and working plans. Creating ongoing reports. Working in front of the company leading team. Serves as a professional authority.

Job Requirements/Experience Required:

  • At least 4-5 years working as QA manager.
  • Knowledge and work experience with QA methodology: design tests, functionality and performance tests, test cycles, test tools.
  • Experience with WEB environment - Huge advantage!!
  • Ability to learn and understand complex systems, good Knowledge of operating systems.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, proactive, assertive, independent.
  • Familiarity with Agile Technology - Advantage.
  • Familiarity with Automation - Advantage.
  • Degree in computer science or equivalent army education - Advantage.
