Production - Production System Manager

Job Requirements:

As a Production System Manager, you will be joining Liveperson's production group. you will be managing a group of talented System experts in maintaining/implementing and planning Liveperson's Production environment. You will serve as the technical focal point for system matters and as such, you will be a key player in designing the company's system infrastructure environment. Work environment is intensive and demands working in irregular hours including on-call shifts during off-hours, weekends and holidays.

Experience/Skills Required:

  • 10+ years work experience in implementation and management of IT environment, preferably in a Data Center
  • Advanced knowledge of and work experience with Rackable/Blade Servers, Operating Systems (mainly Unix/Linux), DNS, LDAP, Clustering solutions, Virtualization solutions, SSL certificates
  • High level of spoken/written English is required
  • Expressive management skills (work plan, resource allocation and utilization)
  • A team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Solaris/ Linux certification - an advantage
