Test Automation & NFT Manager (Non Functional testing)

Job Requirements:

  • Very experienced (minimum 6-7 years) test automation & NFT manager who has hands-on experience testing multi-asset Front and Back Office systems.
  • Must have experience with testing very large scale systems!
  • Manager with abilities to analyze system potential to Load test and testing automation.
  • Very experienced with HP tools (QTP, Load Runner, QC advantage) code inspection, ability to manage ~8 programmers group, create work plans and project estimation, good communication with other groups all over the company (Development, production, Marketing, etc)
  • Manager MUST have the ability to develop and execute in both arenas (automation & Load testing), a great knowledge how to report managers and drill down reports.

Experience and skills required:

  • QTP & Load Runner experience at least 5 years - must
  • At least 5 years experience as a Test Automation & NFT Manager
  • Prior software development or QA experience
  • Strong understanding of web and web-related technologies
  • Familiarity with Performance monitors and tools
  • Solid development habits and practices
  • Create and document test plans, test cases and test data
  • Excellent managerial & communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Comfortable working in Linux/Unix and Windows environment
  • Familiarity with Agile - Advantage
  • Scripting in Perl / Shell, JavaScript, SQL knowledge - advantage
