Billing & Fraud Specialist

Job Overview:

Monitoring of transactions and proactively identifying patterns of fraud and unauthorized credit card use. Requires the ability to investigate, analyze, and develop a course of action to effectively reduce incidents of fraud and abuse. Answering incoming calls and making outgoing calls / emails to clients all over the world (English).

Job Requirements:

  • Work usually starts in the afternoon (until the evening). Will sometimes be asked to work in the morning to reach Eastern countries
  • Excellent communication skills (both writing and speaking)
  • English-Native Speaker
  • Internet savvy
